Under the direction of the Special Assistant to the President, the Events Coordinator/Facility Support provides leadership and operational assistance in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events and ceremonies that advance university priorities related to faculty, students, alumni, and community partners. Essential and Other Required Job Functions Event Coordination and Support • Support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of university events. • Provide leadership and direction in all aspects of event production, with a focus on professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to university protocol and etiquette. Time Management and Administrative Support • Participate in scheduling, tracking, and reporting systems to ensure efficiency in event and facility operations. - Experience working in a higher education or nonprofit environment.
