Idaho Shakespeare Festival (ISF) seeks a Events & Development Associate to provide support and assistance in reaching the yearly goals of the development department. ● Lead and collaborate with the Development Team in planning and executing the Annual Fundraising Gala, date TBD yearly, and other fundraising events throughout the year ● Aid with small group gatherings intended for donor education, cultivation and stewardship (ie: ISF’s Board gatherings and donor events) ● Conduct analysis of revenue data as well as donor and patron acquisition, retention and trends to inform both membership and future fundraising efforts ● Creation and preparation of donor outreach materials and assist in generating timely acknowledgements ● Collaborate with the Development Team on Campaign materials, communications, and events ● Attend all internal team meetings and full staff meetings ● Collaborate with the Development Team in creating and maintaining operating budgets for the department ● Other projects as delegated by the department ● Occasionally assist other ISF departments with tasks and events ● Minimum of 2 years work experience in non-profit development or experience in customer service/sales roles in a for-profit environment. ● Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, fundraising, research, analytical, presentation and customer services as well as event management skills and abilities, preferably in a non-profit environment capacity.
