Events Director

The Director of Events at ASM Global is responsible for overseeing the Events department at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium. The Director will also negotiate contracts, implement customer service standards, and represent the facility during events, all while adhering to ASM policies. , • Serves as liaison for facility clients to ensure high levels of customer service. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age or older. , • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, and patrons.
