A critical function of the Marketing Department is a strategic outreach program that fosters communication and nurtures relationships with many of these key constituents. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Global Conference & Events, the Events & Exhibits Manager will be responsible for the implementation of all ACS Publications Outreach Events (in-person, hybrid & virtual) including Innovation Symposia, ACS Publications Forums, Workshops, Summits, Tradeshows and Editorial event management and logistics. The incumbent will provide support with managing budgets and overseeing the coordination of all logistics which will require the exploration and execution of project management platforms, schedules, regular communications and reporting. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in, event management, project management and/or communications. Must show proven success in event planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing and business strategy.
