About the Business The Experience Manager will lead the ideation, development, and execution of special events, features, and immersive activations ensuring our shows evolve with the industry and consistently deliver exceptional value to attendees, partners, and sponsors. Operational Management Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, speakers, agents, entertainment, and representatives both pre-show and on-site.Manage contracts in partnership with Legal for speakers, entertainment, associations, and sponsorship agreements.Own and manage budgets for education, events, activations, catering, lounges, staging, décor, speakers, AV, and production in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Event Director.Manage vendors across production, AV, staging, décor, and on-site video content creation.Oversee content capture and work with editing teams to repurpose content for digital platforms and year-round engagement.
