During event, executes assigned duties per the event plan, which may include, but not be limited to the following: prepping, cooking, and/or processing food products; loading food displays; re-stocking displays; plating meals; operating a Chef Station; bussing and/or processing dirty serviceware; keeping facility clean and orderly; taking care of special guest requests; assisting other staff members as necessary to maintain excellent guest service. As elements of the event are completed, removes unneeded equipment, products, and supplies as logical. Represents BMC to the client, guests, other vendors, and the venue in a way commensurate with BMC’s reputation for being the best caterer to work with in the market. At the conclusion of the event, works with other staff to strike, clean, pack, and load-out remaining equipment, product, and supplies in an orderly fashion. Ensures all company owned items are out of the venue, and loaded.
