Events Lead

Description Join our talented team to be a part of making and providing the finest wines and winery experiences possible for our guests! Benefits we offer! You will be responsible for working in collaboration with the Events Manager to oversee the event guest experience, all staff and ensure that all policies and procedures of Testarossa Winery are upheld. • Communicating with culinary staff to ensuring all timing and execution of event food service is successful • Ensuring quality control of all wines poured and record daily wine usage • Ensuring the client’s expectations are met and exceeded throughout the event (primary client contact during the event) • Educating guests on Testarossa history, vineyard partners and wines • Assisting with training, motivation, support and supervision of staff • Assist vendors and ensure all vendors adhere to our policies
