Events Lead

We are seeking an Events Lead who will steward these moments with excellence, integrity, and a heart aligned with our mission. This role is responsible for the end-to-end, independent execution of all approved fundraising and engagement events for Sozo Children and Sozo Trading Co. The Events Lead ensures that every detail — from planning to post-event follow-up — reflects operational excellence, thoughtful hospitality, and Christ-centered care. As our Events Lead, you will: • Own full execution of fundraising and engagement events from concept to completion • Build and manage detailed timelines, workflows, and logistics with disciplined follow-through • Coordinate venues, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers with clarity and care • Create welcoming, relational environments that reflect Sozo’s mission and values • Steward event budgets responsibly and proactively • Lead post-event debriefs that strengthen systems and improve future execution Who You Are
