Events Lead

Events Lead, a full-time position responsible for designing, executing, and scaling a high-impact events program that enhances brand visibility and builds industry relationships within the clean energy finance sector. Key Responsibilities Manage logistics for over 50 events annually, including vendor coordination and team attendance Support the planning and execution of Crux-branded experiences and co-hosted partner events Oversee swag and gifting management, ensuring timely delivery and brand representation Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in events or experiential marketing in high-growth or B2B settings Experience in finance or clean energy industries with knowledge of their event landscapes Based in NYC or DC with the ability to travel approximately 10% of the time Experience coordinating vendors and managing multiple events simultaneously Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
