This role involves playing a key part in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, as well as developing engaging content for these events. You will be working closely with internal teams and external partners, with a focus on customer service and effective communication.Responsibilities:• Facilitate the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events for customers and partners.• Develop engaging event content and programming in collaboration with internal teams.• Recommend best practice event content and agenda flow by examining business plans, sales opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.• Oversee the production of supporting event materials and manage logistical needs.• Align and prepare resources and event stakeholders for each event.• Analyze client feedback data and suggest improvements to relevant internal teams.• Collaborate across teams to ensure the effective execution of technology, marketing, and customer alignment programs.• Maintain responsibility for client relations and program management.• Utilize skills in sales, marketing, planning, logistics, and stakeholder management to execute complex event plans.
