We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end events while also providing essential administrative support to the events management team. Assist in the end-to-end coordination of high-end corporate and private events Support on-site setup, styling, and breakdown of event spaces to a premium standard Liaise with vendors, caterers, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery Monitor event timelines and ensure all elements are executed on schedule Serve as a point of contact for clients and guests during events, providing outstanding customer service Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before or during events Manage event calendars, scheduling, and booking confirmations Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and post-event reports Maintain and update client databases and event files Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal team members Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting Research venues, suppliers, and event trends as needed Background in events, hospitality, or a related field Experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Familiarity with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
