Marketing and Events Coordinator Role The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business-to-business marketing and excellent communication skills. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, social media applications, and contact management databases. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will support the firm by: • Planning and coordinating events, including seminars and networking events; • Sponsorship coordination, including payment processing and advertisement development; • Maintaining marketing contact databases; • Editing and formatting marketing materials; • Assisting with design, production, and ordering of firm promotional items; • Assisting with drafting weekly internal communications newsletters; The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience.
