In the role of Events Manager you are expected to work collaboratively with our other managers and be a brand ambassador to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Create the “Game Plan” for each event including a detailed event timeline, floor-plan, staff assignments, banquet order, and set up requirements for all spaces Provide “Day of” coordination for events and weddings, including leading wedding rehearsals Determine staffing requirements for events Confirm banquet orders with the Chef and Kitchen Manager Develop the floor plan and décor requirements for events Lead facility tours, close sales leads and support marketing activities for events Follow operational policies and checklists for set up and take down of all events. You will be expected to prepare and present a chosen wine topic to the winery team.
