The person in this role will function as a cross-departmental collaborator with teams throughout the Foundation to manage all aspects of the Foundation’s events including event design, vendor selection, event logistics, program planning, and day-of event management. Our team of highly collaborative and talented communicators work with colleagues across the organization to achieve our shared goals of increasing awareness, engagement, acquisition and reach for all our audiences. • Serves as the MarComm lead on cross-departmental committees related to events like Giving + Together and Facing Race • Maintains clear, effective communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues to ensure cohesive event design. • Manages event attendee registration and communications, including management of event registration software, requesting invite lists, managing attendee confirmation and reminder communications, as well as post-event follow-up. Brand and Community Engagement • Supports MarComm team in managing production and inventory of swag for Foundation sponsored community events.
