About the Team... As a member of the Events team, you will work closely with Zoom executives, marketing teams, sales teams, product teams, technical teams, and various leaders for cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities - Creating and optimizing event plans that align with revenue and partner organization's priorities and goals - Managing all aspects of events from pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event analysis - Promoting events, booth build, speaking engagement, on-site meeting, swag creation, cocktail reception, and hosted ancillary events - Building and managing event reporting based on KPIs, including return on investment and various marketing and sales matrix - Owning and managing event budget, PO creation, and invoice handling - Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of events What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience in event management and execution - Have knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS industry, current market trends, and event best practices - Experience with marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company - Have project management and organizational skills - Able to pivot, utilize problem-solving skills and meet tight deadlines - Thrive in an ambiguous environment with excellent adaptability - Understand G-Suite, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and project management tools Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $65,200.00 Maximum: $158,900.00 At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
