You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate events that align with our employee experience goals and enhance employee engagement and inclusion. Acting as project manager for the event while developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels. • Identifies new opportunities for employee recognition events. Proven experience (5 years) in event planning or relevant experiences. • Skill set and proven track record within events management, data management, and program development is a must • Must be detail oriented and be able to meet deadlines • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment • Team player, collaborative, collegial • Financial planning and business plan development skills • Must be able to work independently at various points in planning process • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
