You will be leading a team of up to 16 or events that you preform solo that range from giant festivals & arena events to small & intimate house parties and office gatherings... In addition, you will help develop marketing strategies to grow the off-premise business and further generate positive cash flows for this segment of our business. - Loading in & out of events - Employee Management on-site - Exhibit a high level of customer service and ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals affectively & cheerfully.
