This role sets the stage for an excellent participant experience by anticipating project and participant needs, and meticulous planning and delivery of exceptional events, including pre and post event elements. • Provide direction and guidance for volunteer build day events and serve as back up to Volunteer & Events Specialist for build day events at our construction sites, as necessary. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds on a necessary basis and will occasionally be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time consistent with a typical office environment.
