The Events Manager will be responsible for managing group room blocks and meeting space for average to large-sized assigned groups while supporting the team to achieve the overall success of the operations. • Greets the customer during the event phase and hands-off to the operations team for the execution of details. • Participate in customer site inspections and assists with the sales process, as necessary. • Conduct formal pre and post event meetings as required to review and communicate group needs and feedback. • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
