The Events Manager will collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to ensure each event aligns with our objectives.Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events, ensuring all details align with organizational goals.• Foster effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including PR personnel and volunteers.• Handle all aspects of event organization, from minor details to major logistics, ensuring high standards are maintained.• Work autonomously to resolve issues and make adjustments as needed, ensuring flawless execution of each event.• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, adapting to the varying scale and nature of events.• Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs and event objectives to plan and execute events effectively.• Manage and coordinate social gatherings, donor events, and large public events, ensuring every detail aligns with organizational goals.• Exercise flexibility and adaptability in managing different facets of event planning, gaining exposure across the organization.• Collaborate with the volunteer engagement coordinator to integrate volunteer efforts seamlessly into events.• Protect the organization’s mission and brand during the planning and execution of each event.
