EVENTS MANAGER

The core of the Siren Song brand is about a customer experience that is delightful and memorable. In the role of Events Manager you are expected to work collaboratively with our other managers and be a brand ambassador to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES  Create the “Game Plan” for each event including a detailed event timeline, floor-plan, staff assignments, banquet order, and set up requirements for all spaces  Provide “Day of” coordination for events and weddings, including leading wedding rehearsals  Determine staffing requirements for events  Confirm banquet orders with the Chef and Kitchen Manager  Develop the floor plan and décor requirements for events  Lead facility tours, close sales leads and support marketing activities for events  Follow operational policies and checklists for set up and take down of all events.  You will be expected to prepare and present a chosen wine topic to the winery team. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES – OTHER  You are expected to be super polite and super friendly in all guest interactions.
