• Represents the hotel to customers in the role of executing negotiated group sales agreements, including but not limited to room blocks, food and beverage, exhibits, and associated products and services. • Work closely with the banquet department on operations and event execution. • Ability to work with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction for all events/groups. • Assists in the physical movement of hotel or customer equipment or furnishings as necessary to complete a tight turnaround of public function space. • Exposure to some cleaning chemicals • On 24-hour emergency call; may be required to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
