Events Manager

The employee, client and guest experience are critical components of success in this role. • Provides staffing for local events • Recruiting and hiring of all event employees • On-site management during all events • Work closely with clients and employees to create a positive experience • Recruiting, screening, onboarding, and training event staff • Create a positive employee experience resulting in retention, client satisfaction and positive guest experience • Workforce planning and scheduling • Employee relations and liability and risk management • Administration of payroll, time and attendance, and reporting We have been vesting on making a difference in the lives of our clients, employees and their communities and families for 32 years.
