The Events Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of our event facilities, including marketing and maintaining rentable spaces. Key responsibilities include conducting tours for prospective clients, coordinating event logistics/contracts, and arranging overnight accommodations in our onsite AirBNBs, when necessary. The Events Manager will be present during events, if needed, and available on-call to address any issues or last-minute changes. • Maintain database and all software entries to reflect real time reservations and payments for all rentable spaces • Execute contracts quickly for reservations to ensure the client understands all requirements for use of space and monetary obligations associated with the rental.
