Duties/Responsibilities: • Organize and oversee the planning and execution of client-focused gatherings, ensuring all components are delivered on time and according to expectations. • Partner with stakeholders to define event goals, logistics, and specific requirements. • Negotiate service contracts and secure the best terms for event locations and logistics. • Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and health regulations; secure required permits or approvals when applicable. • Perform operational duties according to internal planning documents.
