This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with clients, seeking out new event opportunities and growing the customer base, training, managing and scheduling event team members. · Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards for event execution · Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet for up to 4 hours at a time The Event Manager will be Responsible for: • Acting as the Point of Contact for clients booking events • Respond in a timely manner to calls, texts, inquiries, and emails • Obtaining required permits for vending locations • Training and providing support and guidance to scoop truck drivers and event team members • Scheduling drivers and team members for booked events • Maintaining a positive and calm attitude while managing events • Tracking tub inventory and scoop truck supplies To Become an Event Manager you must: • Have at least 1 year of managerial/leadership experience • Have some experience in banquet management, catering, and hospitality services (preferred) • Have a reliable device to check messages and emails frequently • Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license • Be able to retain product information to relay to consumers • Be self motivated and show great attention to detail • Be committed to providing outstanding customer service • Have excellent written & verbal skills.
