Events Manager

What You'll Be Doing: • Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution for corporate meetings, weddings, art openings, performances, and social events • Partner with clients, sales managers, and vendors to understand needs and turn visions into detailed event plans • Develop and manage event timelines, diagrams, BEOs, and on-site logistics • Coordinate with the culinary, banquet, AV, and front office teams to ensure flawless event execution • Manage event budgets, billing, and post-event reporting • Serve as the on-site contact for clients during events, providing hands-on leadership and problem-solving • Ensure all events reflect Saint Kate's artistic brand, service standards, and creative approach to hospitality • Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and local cultural organizations As part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, we've built a legacy of excellence and innovation in hospitality for over 60 years.
