The Catering and Events Manager plays a vital role in creating exceptional catering and event experiences. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, as well as minimum three years of luxury hotel experience in Catering and Conference Services. They must be able to read, interpret documents, and communicate verbally and in writing in English. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field • Minimum three years of luxury hotel experience in Catering and Conference Services • Knowledge of F&B products, proper preparation, and presentation of food and beverage items in a gaming environment • Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations during busy periods • Proven selling, negotiating, and presentation skills, as well as strong attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft application tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Title 26 knowledge required
