The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience in event services & pricing, hospitality, and guest services. This role requires a proactive approach to managing client relationships, budgets, and vendor contracts to ensure successful events that meet or exceed client expectations. Experience • Proven experience in events management, including banquet coordination, hotel or restaurant event planning, or hospitality industry roles such as guest services or catering management. • Experience with fundraising events is a plus. • Prior involvement in guest services or hospitality roles will be advantageous for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
