The role of Events Manager is responsible for planning and execution of the Vehlo’s Tier 2 and 3 events, with additional responsibilities of managing materials and assets as it relates to those events. • Material & Asset Management • Oversee management of event assets, promotional items, and materials requiring approximately 3 to 4 on-site visits to Tulsa office per year; or if local, expect 4-8 hours in office for event asset management.
