• Convey oral messages clearly and concisely in a timely manner. • Must maintain a positive attitude and be willing to support all programs and initiatives that have been communicated from the management team of the club. • Follow all club policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook. • Helps guests arrange and detail events including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, meetings, and any other corporate events; obtain pertinent information needed for guest planning. • Strong customer service skills with a passion for event management and hospitality • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with Club members, non-member clients, and team members • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Can work in an in-person environment
