Events Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Events to oversee planning and execution of events, focusing on the flagship conference and other programs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead operational planning and delivery of assigned Americas events, including logistics and on-site execution
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with organizational policies
Provide guidance and support to team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance event experiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, business, or related field
6+ years of experience in planning and executing large-scale events or conferences
Demonstrated experience in managing event logistics and vendor relationships
Strong organizational and project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management platforms
Leadership experience or team management preferred, with a background in technology or membership-based organizations desirable
