Act as the primary contact for group and hosted event clients from contract turnover through executionTranslate client goals into immersive, design-forward experiences aligned with Sentral brand standardsCoordinate logistics including space planning, catering, AV, technology, staffing, and guest flowPrepare and manage detailed event documentation, timelines, and BEOsLead pre-event alignment meetings and post-event debriefs to drive continuous improvementDeliver discreet, high-touch service with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Candidate must be able to perform the following activities with or without reasonable accommodation to be successful in the role:
