Plan, budget, and execute multiple large-scale fundraising events each year.Create memorable donor experiences centered on hospitality, gratitude, and stewardship.Lead event marketing efforts alongside our Marketing & Communications team.Manage event websites, ticketing, auctions, email campaigns, and fundraising platforms.Cultivate strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, community partners, and volunteers.Oversee event budgets, contracts, logistics, timelines, and post-event evaluations.Procure exciting silent and live auction items that help maximize fundraising success.Ensure donor data and financial records are accurate and well maintained.Supervise and mentor our Events Specialist while leading large teams of volunteers and cross-departmental staff.
