Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field Required Experience: Three (3) years of professional work experience in a role with similar responsibilities Allowed Substitutions: Master’s degree in one of the stated fields substitutes for two (2) years of the required experience. 30% Business/Community Partnerships Assist in the process of partner curation of content, execution, and evaluation of events, including Chancellor’s Convocation, BRCC’s Graduation Ceremony, and Special Cabinet meetings/networking events that are designed to build community among BRCC graduates, Faculty, Staff, Community, and other stakeholders and fulfill BRCC’s role as a convener With support from the Chancellor’s Cabinet, research, track, and recruit new partnerships and increase engagement/value with existing partners Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting Create new collaboration opportunities while guiding longtime BRCC partners Steward relationships for further engagement (i.e., attend activities at the BRCC Campuses) 25% Administrative Serve as a liaison between the Finance and Events departments to ensure proper implementation of BRCC’s invoice policies and guidelines and full payment/reconciliation process (invoices, payment processing, event reservation requests/fees, deposits/reimbursements, and multi-year contracts, etc.).
