The Events Manager develops and executes integrated strategic event plans with measures; works in partnership with internal and external clients/departments (Human Resources, Customer Service and OhioHealth Foundation); ensures collaboration and involvement with team members; and serves as a liaison to various system and care site leaders. Experience as both a formal and informal team leader and an ability to develop a cohesive team to achieve results is critical to success. This position effectively manages resources including teams/people, projects, budgets, timelines and resources. Ability to combine innovative and creative thinking with strategic priorities. Minimum of 7 10 Years of Experience in marketing communications PR or related field with Experience organizing and leading events.
