Company Overview: • This is a well-established home improvement company servicing homeowners in CT and MA What is Being Offered: • Flexible compensation, base + bonus • Benefits • 401K with match & PTO What The Position is About: • Manage, plan and organize all aspects of events • Recruit, hire, train and manage marketing staff (looking to grow the team) • Develop and manage event marketing budgets • Responsible for sourcing and staffing events • Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers to guarantee a positive experience for all parties involved • Continuous in the field training with event marketing staff • Oversee all operations and ensure that events run smoothly, including troubleshooting any problems that arise • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual projections on a frequent basis The Right Candidate Will Have: • Events management experience is required • Experience leading a team of 8-10 people is required • Home improvement industry experience is preferred
