In this role you will oversee fiscal budgets, manage all vendor relationships and promote enriching events that align with business unit and franchise strategic objectives and achieve established KPIs. Maintains timelines and project plans that are tracked in a master tradeshow event calendar for specified region(s). • Collaborate with Global and Regional Marketing teams to identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, internal resources, etc.) to ensure that communications plans associated with events meet objectives. • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines • Ability to collaborate across business units • Highly thorough and dependable • Demonstrated problem solving skills • Willingness and ability to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends as needed • Experience with marketing software tools Including but not limited to HubSpot, ShowPad, SFDC, Print on Demand, BrandFolder, etc.
