Our client, a lifestyle boutique hotel in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an experienced and service-focused Event Manager / Convention Services Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conventions, and special events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-driven, and capable Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure event expectations are met or exceeded. Work closely with the Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery. 3–5+ years of experience in hotel event management, convention services, or banquet operations.
