Ensures that all internal settlements are completed and agreed upon with partners. Conducts onsite settlements when necessary and work with accounting for post-show settlements. Supervises internal departments & vendors to ensure that all objectives are met and that all stakeholders are satisfied, handling guest issues, maintenance issues, etc. • Manages all steps from impetus to successful execution including but not limited to: creating and adhering to budgets collaborating on creative development developing and managing master project plans hiring and serving as main point of contact w/external vendors collaborating with talent buyer serving as primary point of contact with artist teams on show advances working with marketing department and box office to ensure success from set up through sell out communicating and collaborating with all internal departments to ensure success in all areas providing on-site supervision/coordination during events • Ensures that all invoices and accruals for the Ryman are submitted to accounts payable. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in live event planning, event production or event management
