The role of the Events Manager at Mark Arts is pivotal to the success and smooth operation of its event rental business and internal special events. Beyond sales, this role is responsible for budget management, revenue forecasting, and monitoring financial statements to maintain a sustainable and profitable event rental operation. • High school diploma or equivalent • five years of event sales experience • ability to talk and hear regularly • ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 60 pounds • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • excellent organizational and communication skills • ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends • ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • strong customer service skills • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
