The Events Manager is responsible to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth. Develop and execute an annual events strategy aligned with corporate marketing, business development, and brand positioning goals.Translate business priorities (e.g., pursuits, client engagement, talent recruitment) into targeted event programs.Design event concepts that reflect technical expertise, project portfolio strengths, and corporate reputation.Build integrated event calendars across regions, business lines, and strategic accounts to avoid conflicts and maximize impact.Align event objectives with pipeline development, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Partner with business development teams to support client-facing events.Coordinate with HR and talent acquisition teams for recruitment fairs, university outreach, and employer branding events.Work closely with executive leadership teams to plan town halls, leadership meetings, and board-level events.Act as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, agencies, and production partners.Facilitate alignment across marketing, communications, legal, and procurement teams for approvals and compliance.Collaborate with design and communications teams on event collateral, presentations, signage, and digital assets. On-Site Event Leadership & Experience Management Fast-paced corporate environment with frequent deadlines.Requires occasional travel and on-site event presence.May involve evening or weekend work depending on event schedules.Ability to lift 50 pounds.
