Events Manger/Floor Manger

This role involves managing event planning, client negotiations, and on-site operations to deliver memorable events that meet clients’ expectations and organizational standards. Collaborate with catering teams, decorators, entertainers, and other vendors to ensure all aspects of the event align with client expectations. Proven experience in event management or floor management within hospitality settings such as hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities. Strong background in event planning, marketing, and execution with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in banquet operations or catering services is preferred.
