We are looking for a highly skilled Event Marketing Manager to support the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact in-person and virtual events. Event Strategy and Execution • Lead end-to-end event strategy and execution for national trade shows, annual user conferences, third-party sponsorships, and high-profile executive events that align with company goals and brand positioning • Support in the development of new event experiences designed to engage prospects and partners • Coordinate and manage logistics for strategic events including venue selection, registration, catering, A/V, décor, collateral, onsite staffing, and premium giveaways • Partner with C-suite stakeholders to align event goals with overarching brand and business priorities; Identify and manage outreach to sponsors, collaborators, and partners to enhance event impact Lead Generation and Marketing Integration • Collaborate with Marketing to promote events through email, social media, paid media, website, and internal channels; align event objectives with broader campaign goals and key stages of the customer journey • Leverage Salesforce campaigns and data to optimize lead capture, follow-up, and ROI analysis • Analyze event performance and apply insights to improve future campaigns Core Competencies For Success • Event strategy and planning • Project and time management • Budget and vendor negotiation • Cross-functional collaboration • Demand generation alignment and pipeline impact • Communication and problem-solving • Salesforce and digital event tools • Data-driven decision making • Attention to detail Discovery Education is an equal opportunity employer.
