Events Marketing Manager

Location: Dallas Trinity Consultants is a leading Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) consultancy backed by private equity firm Oak Hill Capital. We provide services and solutions in the Regulatory Compliance, Water & Ecology, Built Environment and Life Sciences markets around the world. The person in this role is responsible for developing Trinity’s annual event strategy including: working with Marketing leadership on annual planning and budgeting, aligning major events with our go to market themes, negotiating contracts and sponsor ships, working with vendors and outside partners on event planning and execution, securing speaker opportunities for our SMEs, and aligning with our data analytics leader for event lead management reporting. Requirements: • BA in marketing or related discipline • 4 to 6 years of related B2B event and tradeshow marketing experience with a focus on sponsor ships, demand generation, and/or sales enablement • Experience working with Consulting, Engineering and/or Professional Services solutions offerings • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage resources, budgets, vendors and personnel across geographies • Familiarity with online event processes: event request intakes, review and evaluation, planning budgeting and execution and event feedback and reporting • Metrics and data driven with the capability to pull insights from complex marketing data • Strong communication skills – written and oral • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time • Familiarity with Marketo and event software platforms is preferred • Dallas-based is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
