The Events Marketing Specialist is a skilled collaborator who will support the events manager, and work together with the broader sales and marketing stakeholders and peers to lead and execute select events for the Sustainability Business in North America. The ideal candidate will lead or assist with organizing hosted events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale conferences, as well... as any third-party events, sponsorships, and virtual events. Key Responsibilities • Hosted Event Planning & Execution: Work with the marketing team to coordinate aspects of hosted event planning and execution, including concept development, venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics. • Support Event Promotion & Materials: Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
