The Event Planner/Manager will be the key liaison between clients and various departments within the property, coordinating efforts to reflect the client’s vision accurately while suggesting enhancements that drive revenue and guest satisfaction. The role demands strong communication skills to manage details with clients and internal teams, project management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously, and the ability to advocate for both the property and the client to find balanced and profitable event solutions. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, business, or a related field, plus one to three years of hospitality industry experience, are ideally suited for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and event management software such as Salesforce, Delphi, and Sertifi is essential. Must be at least 21 years of age
bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, business or related field
