EVENTS & MEETINGS MANAGER

The ideal candidate is a people- oriented leader with a strong understanding of event planning, hospitality, and operational excellence. Work with the operations team to ensure the amenity floor is clean, meticulously maintained, and fully functional at all times.Oversee inventory management for event supplies, ensuring timely ordering and availability.Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and event success. Partner with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the amenity floor and securing reservations.Contribute to pricing strategies, package development, and promotional initiatives to attract a diverse client base.Identify trends in the industry and adjust offerings to stay ahead of the competitive the market.Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, amenity floor operations, or hospitality leadership.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a client-first approach to service delivery.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of AV and catering services (preferred).
