Events Operations Assistant

Primary Duties And Responsibilities • Support, develop and maintain event technology including Mobile Apps, QR Code Integration and any other onsite resources needed for successful event execution (i.e. Onsite Nametag Printing) • Assist in planning, organize, and execute a wide range of events including seminars, conferences, retreats, client appreciation events, networking receptions, and corporate functions. Experience: • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate or professional services environment. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Qualifications: • Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules and client needs.
