Events Operations Coordinator

They collaborate with our Events operations team, internal teams, and staffing resources to maintain operational efficiency, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and support day-to-day department functions. • Work closely with Operations Managers, and project leads to understand the specific staffing and operational requirements for all programs. • Provide department coverage during “Out of Office” periods to ensure continuity of Events Operations. • Travel may be required to support meetings as assigned (up to 15%).
